What makes your approach different from traditional coaching or therapy?
My approach blends coaching, somatic work, breathwork, and embodiment practices to address healing on all levels—mind, body, and energy. Unlike traditional coaching, which is often mindset-based, or therapy, which focuses on deep emotional processing, my work is experiential and body-centered to help you release stored emotions and step into full self-expression.
Do I need prior experience with breathwork or somatic healing to work with you?
Not at all! Whether you’re just beginning your healing journey or have already done deep inner work, I meet you where you are. My sessions are designed to be accessible and tailored to your needs.
How do I know which service is right for me?
Choosing the right service depends on where you are in your journey and what you’re looking for. If you’re unsure, I offer a free 30-minute discovery session where we can chat about your goals, challenges, and how I can support you.
What can I expect in a 1:1 coaching session?
Each session is customized to you—we might work on identifying emotional patterns, practicing breathwork, using somatic techniques, or shifting subconscious blocks. You’ll leave with greater clarity, emotional release, and tools to integrate into your daily life.
Where do sessions take place?
I offer most of my sessions both online and offline to meet your preferences. Whether it’s 1:1 coaching, movement, or mentoring, you can choose the format that works best for you. However, Breathcode Therapy is only available in person, as it requires a more hands-on, embodied experience to be fully effective.
